Viaggiare, guardare, emozionarsi è una parte importante della nostra vita. Ci sono posti speciali che mi rimangono negli occhi e nel cuore e che non mi stanco di guardare anche quando di loro rimane più una sensazione che una realtà.

Pure energy and a great golfer! A pineer in the new economy and still shaping the next one. We were on the same wavelength from the first day we met.
  • Barry MARSHALL JOHNSON

I wish he had a site to show the stone sculpures and the ceramics of this long time friend. So many thinghs in common and the love for art, good wine and charmy places like Gardalake and Cornwall.
  • Christophe RAIMBAULT

We met for business almost 20 years ago when he was at Microphar. I learn from him how to survie a merger. I'll never thank him enough...

A pleasure to talk with him about music, politics, and life on a terrace overlooking the harbour of Collioure

Pure wisdom in her blue eyes. A pioneer in cultural use of the web for all of us.

We think alike, we shared our homes, we live miles away but when we meet it is like we've never been apart.

Happy Birthday!

Steve_1 Today it is Steve Meyer's birthday, great friend and maestro in security, networking and many other things.

He lives in Colorado Springs and we spoke on the phone (he does not use Skype for security reasons) and we laugh about the many years we have in common.

We spoke also about this blog: it is true, he reads it regularly and if it makes sense he comments and suggests.

As Antonio Santangelo said, you have to get "in and out" from the network, moving from analog to digital, to give a meaning to both spaces.

Use the blog to catch moments that could vanish and that we can't share in the same instant and meet in person or talk directly not to lose the sense of what we are.

Comments

Imagine my surprise at finding this entry just after we spoke on the phone...

Of the many friendships I have been blessed to share over the years, none are as special as that shared with my Italian brother and his family. I look forward to the day when we will once again join forces to face the dragon and slay the beast.

In the meantime, keep working on your Elwood so we can once again serenade our lovely spouses to another chorus of Rawhide on our way up to Sesto.

Remember... We're on a mission from God.

Steve (Jake) Meyer

P.S. We've got to find a better picture of me...

Thx! :)
